Bio
Kiersten Wittstock is an associate attorney with G. Eric Nielson & Associates. She graduated summa cum laude from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She then attended S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. While in law school, she was a part of the Student Bar Association and Utah Law Review. She also earned a pro bono certificate for her volunteer work with pro bono clinics, where she gained experience in many areas of the law, ranging from employment law to family law.
Kiersten clerked at the State Agency Counsel of the Utah Attorney General’s Office her 1L summer until starting her career at G. Eric Nielson & Associates as a law clerk her 2L summer. She enjoyed learning the intricacies of medical malpractice lawsuits and continued clerking at G. Eric Nielson & Associates for the remainder of law school. She then joined the firm as an attorney upon passing the bar exam. She enjoys being able to help clients fight for justice and navigate the complex intersection between the legal system and the health care system.
In her personal life, she enjoys skiing with her husband and going on runs with her dog. As a Utah transplant, she also likes exploring the mountains and seeing more of the state.
